Allow sorting of "Issues" tab

Description

Currently the "Issues" tab sorts by issue number, which results in Vol. 1 of each issue coming first, which I don't expect to be what anyone would normally want. It would be nice to be able to sort by, say, publication date, volume-then-issue, etc.
