Data mapper as a standalone application

Hi there,

I wanted to ask if you plan to make the Data Mapper inside Kaoto a standalone application without Camel, similar to AtlasMap? Although it might be a niche, there are not a lot of high-quality open-source data-mappers for XSLT out there and I really like what you are doing.

Hi Markus,

at the moment we do not have any plans to make the datamapper a standalone application. This is however not a final decision and might change in future.

Hi Lars,
thanks for the answer. I guess from briefly looking at the source code, the mapping functionality is nicely seperated anyway, so it shouldn´t be too difficult for the community to fork the react code and create a standalone mapper if needed.
