Unwanted automatic background color reset to default #70

Hi! First of all thank you for an awesome app. I've really enjoyed using it for a year now.
Recently it seems a change in iOS has made it so that the default background resets to the mac default blue every few minutes. This has made using SpaceEye impossible since it looks so ugly with the blue background (see attached image).
I know this is not strictly a bug for you but I'm sure it'll keep a lot of people from using it if it looks like this.
Let me know if I can get you any more data.
I can change the background to black and it seems to work but after 3-5 minutes it'll revert back to the blue.
