This adds mdc-theme-secondary, makes it clear when you're in edit mode, and fixes a header problem.

This release will apply styling to your header, to make it look nice, without installing anything else.
This makes it really easy to have a nice header, without installing Custom Header. It'll automatically apply compact, and make it match. Don't worry, it won't mess with an already-existing Custom Header. Also, source cleanup too.
