Limit texture size used for maps

Happened twice already. Here's the crash logs for both of them:

I wonder if it's somehow related to RSS using 16k textures.

I've seen 3 separate people getting the same crash and so far all of them have been using the 16k RSS textures.

This is likely due to the memory required to generate the visual map data. The only real way around it is to disable the visual maps, there is a field in the settings file that can be set to false, which should prevent this from happening.

We could probably just limit the size of the readable texture copies.

It might make zoomed maps worse, but that could use a smaller readable texture sampled from the original.
