hello, I am a Pi Miner. I want to ask about KYC. My referal's KYC was rejected and had submitted appealing to be reviewed. Unfortunately the appealing was rejected too. The problem was it's full name was mismatch with ID, and the app does not support to edit full name or give another option to explain why it was different. I am sorry if this is not right place to complain about it. Thanks anyway.
