No feedback message shown when AI tool search returns no results

Description
When I search for an AI tool using the search bar, and there are no matching tools, the results section appears blank. This is confusing and makes it look like the UI is broken or unresponsive.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the AI Tools section.
2. Type a search term that does not match any available tools (e.g., “image” if no image tool exists).
3. Observe that the result section is blank.

Expected behavior
If no AI tools match the search term, the UI should display a user-friendly message like:

• “No tools found”
