Auto-generate release notes?

The feature to include release notes is already very nice! I find myself drafting a release on Github to auto-generate the release notes there, and then copying them into the release notes in the JuliaRegistrator trigger. Feature request for either:

• A similar way to auto-generate release notes within the JuliaRegistrator trigger, e.g.

  @JuliaRegistrator register
  
  Release notes:
  *auto*
  

  (not sure what a sensible syntax is for something like that!)
• Or the option to have JuliaRegistrator automatically trigger when I make a Github release, and pick up the release notes from there.

@johnomotani, it looks like you are not a publicly listed member/owner in the parent organization (JuliaRegistries).
