Update to work with 1.11

NumericIO uses the resize!() command in line 395. As mentioned in this post, this causes an error with Julia 1.11 because of the new memory structure which does not allow the resize!() command to work.

Hi. Thanks for pointing this out.

Upon my initial tests, seems like the code:

d = s.data
resize!(d, s.size)
return String(d)

is now obsolete, and needs to be replaced by:

return String(take!(s))

I'll want to test it out before before I make the changes.
I am unfamiliar with this take! function (new?). Maybe I should make the fixed revision NumericIO only for Julia 1.11+. I'll have to do a bit of investigation.

I'm a bit busy right now. Hopefully, I can get to it soon though.

Also note that a very similar deprecation error was also found in InspectDR. I'm in the process of releasing a fix for that repository as well.
