StackOverflow stacktrace doesn't highlight repeated stack frames well.

There are two issues here. The first is that the numbering of the stack-frames is sequential (rather than having jumps where there are repeated frames, and the 2nd is that the (repeats 24 times) message is printed in non-bolded gray, while it should be a bolded red, since that is where the infinite recursion is actually occurring.

I wonder if #55841 would make it clearer? Increments the stack frame value so the jump will be more obvious, includes a bracket around the affected frames, and places the repeat counter on a separate line.

As far as I'm concerned, tests just need to be updated, I wanted to get approval on the form and approach so I didn't need to do that multiple times.
