FilterTreatments Function #6
Description
Based on the need of the user he/she we might be interested to include repeated treatments in the pathway or not.
This function would help to filter and return the data-frame accordingly based on the filterTreatments parameter
The filterTreatments parameter allows to specify whether to include all treatments (‘All’; A – A – A+B+C – C – A), to remove sequential repeated treatments (‘Changes’; A – A+B+C – C – A), or to only include first time occurrences of treatments (‘First’; A – A+B+C – C).
