Feedback on documentation

Idea by @logankilpatrick: it would be great if we had a small feedback box at the bottom of any documentation, where people can leave quick feedback on any docstring, right from the environment where they are reading it. Like on github:

Pluto has a built-in feedback system, which is instant and does not require login, we could use much of that technology for this project.

I talked with @pfitzseb and we are planning to implement this in both Pluto and VS Code! It will be similar to Pluto's built-in feedback system, and package authors will use e.g. juliahub.com to view feedback for packages that they have github write access to.

Good question! It might be good if package authors can declare that they are / are not going to read feedback, before people spend time writing it. Not sure which should be the default. @pfitzseb?

Opt-in probably makes sense, considering that it's on the package author(s) to actually do something with the feedback.

Would probably make sense to add a question to PkgTemplates and put the info into Project.toml?
