minor install issues #89
Description
I installed following the instructions on this page:

However, on the page it says run make but when I first ran configure it said to run make .. all (I forget the other word). Anyway, it worked as did make install.
- So the web page is out of sync with what configure says
- In agar's install folder at the top-level is an executable file called 'bin'. I think this is an error and it should have been called agar-config or agar-vg-config.
