Full response after using Refactor CodeGPT

Hello,

I've using the extension and when I have a long class and I ask the extension to refactor the code (right click 'Refactor Code GPT'), I get the response in a different window but the response is always incomplete. I know in the web version of chat GPT you can type continue and it would give you the rest of the answer. Is there anyway to do that in the extension or default setup to force chat GPT to give you the full answer?
