Able to select a folder, let AI understand it and provide answers from that folder's contents

As the title goes. Say for example I have a local folder full of terraform modules that we developed in-house. Now we want say the AI model to answer our prompts from looking up that folder. And let us know if a module is not available.

Or say i have a folder will a library of bash scripts that does very simple tasks, the AI model should select the relevant ones from the library in response to our prompts.
