Bordless Windowed mode

I don't know if it's possible, but I would like to see a borderless windowed mode since the game launches in fullscreen and disables windows night light. A very minor nitpick but I think it would be a nice a quality of life thing.

There is an option to enable borderless windowed mode in SCCT_Versus.config, set this to true.
