libdeflate has changed back the default calling convention to "cdecl", instead of "stdcall"

For your information, [libdeflate has changed back the default calling convention](https://github.com/ebiggers/libdeflate/commit/bcc3634037caa0212874eaf9a2bf2092ae5d0857) to "cdecl", instead of "stdcall". It's been used in version 1.4-1.12 and now it's likely to stay this way for good.
I don't know how relevant it is in cs. If it's (ir)relevant proceed accordingly.
