Provide a method for create validations that depend on values of other properties

Some validations, such as "Quantity must be exactly 1 if a Serial Number is provided", cannot be accurately represented using Valigator.

Currently the IsValid method of CustomValidator (

) does not pass the model through to the Func. Passing the model through would allow for complex validations to occur based upon the state of other parts of the model.

Is it possible for the property SerialNumber to not be verified by the time Valigator verifies Quantity?
