Thank you for this great package!
I would like to ask whether GraphST uses the PASTE algorithm for the vertical and horizontal integration of multiple tissue slices(>=3 slices). I am currently using the PASTE algorithm to align and integrate these slices, but the spatial clustering results using GraphST are not satisfactory. At the moment, I am unsure what the issue might be. I would greatly appreciate it if you could share the code or scripts for vertical and horizontal integration with me!
