Tried to delete user limit

Hello guys. I cant take off limit from a key. How to do it?
Im tried with API key, but idk, does it need the https://ip/ and port? Not sure at this point, if I am exactly at the server?
'curl --insecure -X DELETE https://ip-port/API-key/name of my server/Key that i want to take off limit.

What I am doing wrong?
