Unworking Outline Manager

Good day!
I am a developer and I am experiencing some issues with the Outline Manager and Virtual Private Network (VPN) services. I have purchased a virtual server from pq.hosting and have connected to the Outline Manager. After executing the following command to install the necessary software:

sudo bash -c "$(wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-apps/master/server_manager/install_scripts/install_server.sh)"

I have successfully installed the apiUrl and certificate ertSha256 keys. However, when I close the application, the virtual private network has ceased functioning. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
