When screen recording is active, there’s a 3×4 cm area at the top of the screen where mouse clicks don’t work.

Describe the bug
When it’s running, there’s a rectangular area at the top center of my screen where the mouse can’t click. (How I found out: when using Chrome, I couldn’t select my tabs in that area, and later realized mouse clicks didn’t work at all inside that region.) When Dayflow stops screen recording, the issue disappears.
