Scheduled pause/resume

I really only need/want recording/analysis during working hours. It would be nice if I could set a schedule for automatically pausing/resuming recording. At the very least, a pause/resume action for Automator or Shortcuts would allow me to set up my own triggering based on a schedule. Even an AppleScript hook would work.

Should be available in 1.1.11! pls check the readme for instructions on how to set up shortcuts. lmk if it works or if you see any bugs!
