Screen Reader announcing as a autocomplete when isSearchable prop as a false

Hello, I am facing the below two issues from the A11y please let me know to fix these issues?

1. isSearchable prop is passed as a false but the screen reader (NVDA, Voice Over) announces as a autocomplete for the menu item. (https://codesandbox.io/s/codesandboxer-example-forked-rybkbd?file=/example.tsx)

2. Is there a way to restrict announcing the "Use Up and Down to choose options, press enter to select the currently focused option, press Escape to exit the menu" for all the options when is focusing?
