casa logs are not clear when enable/disabled password reset functionality

Describe the bug
enable/disable password reset are not clear in casa logs, dont show user how make the action the years leaks and action

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install jans or flex with casa
2. login to casa
3. enable or disable password reset for user
4. See logs for updated functionality

Expected behavior
we should get what is enabled /disabled in logs

I’ve confirmed that this issue also occurs when changing the log level — the change is not fully recorded, and there’s no information about who performed the action.

When a user logs out, the action is not recorded in the logs. Also, inactive (unused) sessions are not being logged either.

This is a really good point! We should actually convert Casa to use the Cedarling for Authz. Then we'd have clear decision logs. @jgomer2001 something to consider...
