This project only supports the official mod titles from Valve, ie Blue Shift, Day of Defeat, etc due to the potential maintainence burden. You are more than welcome to clone or fork the project in order to add a custom container for Science and Industry though. There's a guide on how to do this here, and another on building a custom images incase you need to provide additional binaries. The hlds-docker project was intended to be customized and extended from the very start for this exact reason in true Half Life fashion. Let me know if you run into any troubles.
