Small Size OCR Docker Image

How can I build an smaller size OCR docker image?
The docker image build with following Dockerfile is too big, 5.67GB

FROM python:3.9-slim

WORKDIR /app

COPY requirements.txt /app

RUN pip install --no-cache-dir Flask easyocr

COPY . /app

EXPOSE 5000

CMD ["python", "ocr_service.py"]
