Dropping active development after 4.0.0

I decided that i won't be actively developing this little library anymore.
It has been an exercise in project management and automationa and everything for me, but since it's not actively used and i decided i do not care anymore, i'll release v4 and then stop actively developing it, so no more features.

I'll keep doing bug fixes and supporting anyone that opens an issue. Nothing more than that.
