Setup automerge

After successfull tests (!) the PRs should be merged

1. Enable branch protection (which prevents PRs merged without any passing checks) --> classic (!)
   
2. Copy over https://github.com/JabRef/jabref-action/blob/main/.github/workflows/automerge.yml - if it does not work
