I have an empty 500GB drive on SATA 2 and running full Linux Mint (Ubuntu) on SATA 1. I'm thinking I need to load a minimum Linux Mint on SATA 2 and then run the script to get Hyperland. Will this work since I am booted from SATA 1? Or do I need to boot into SATA 2 and then run the script? Any other tips or guidance appreciated before I destroy another perfectly good installation... LOL |

script dont mind where the Distro is installed on sata 1, 2, 20, 200 , nvme, on usb, micro sd, or even on cloud 😁 as long as you have up an running distro, which on this case, Arch since you posted on Arch-Hyprland project |

if you are intimated with Arch, you should try Fedora instead https://github.com/JaKooLit/Fedora-Hyprland you will get same dots have also nixos, opensuse tw, debian and ubuntu but Debian and Ubuntu Hyprland version is quite old so... |
