Rework: `EditTimeEntry` & `TimeEntry` Form

Summary of Rework

• Due to the release of the DatePicker component within shadcn-svelte, I'd like to add a way for users to edit the start and end times of their entries

Planned Technologies

• shadcn-svelte/date-picker
• Will need to eyeball examples from melt-ui/date-picker as well

I'm changing directions on this as the DatePicker component from shadcn-svelte acts as a button, and I'm looking for the following behavior:

• bits-ui/date-field
• bits-ui/date-picker

So I'm going to create 2 custom components as shadcn-svelte doesn't support this out of the box:

1. DateField - For TimeEntryForm (after various attempts to build the date-picker functionality in conjunction with the timing functionality, I was unable to get the form's value to update properly based on calendar selected data and the first time stop if it existed)
2. DatePicker - For EditTimeEntryForm (as editing time entries does not include the timer logic, this should work as intended)
