make Ghostly, Powdery and Milky comb block/honeycombs be productivebees:configurable_comb/honeycomb instead comb_glostly, comb_powdery and comb_milky

if I do that then I can't have the ghostly com be transparent and the comb block be non solid
the other two are like this so they can get a custom name instead of being named after the bee
