Installation error due to incompatibility

I am trying to install the spack-stack system on a Linux machine using oneapi@2023.2, but got the following message,

Why does the Python conflict with os=rhel8? Is there a way to get around the problem? Thanks.

My guess is you copied some compiler config from another machine, which is rhel8, and your machine is not.

Thanks for your reply. Our machine is indeed Redhat V8.8.
