Add advection (convection) term to the existing physical model

Currently the physical model simulated is the diffusion equation in two dimensions. To move closer to the physical scenarios in tokamak reactors, a convective component needs to be simulated. A convection-diffusion model is better suited to study coupling in realistic tokamak scenarios.
