I have added a pause/resume/cancel system in a recent update :) Technically you can cancel it, then resume at a later date and as long as you choose the same compression algorithm again, it will skip anything you've already compressed |

Some Feature Requests / ideas:
I had a 700GB directory I started de-compress (which was compressed before v3.0, so it had re-compressed .tar files inside). It takes forever. It is expected, but it is a NAS rated 10TB 5400 rpm HDD and active-time is 100%. It would be very nice to pause it, so I can copy other files to/from that HDD.
Similarly, it is now at 19%, after several hours (I didn't record the starting time), I don't know when it might finish. Passed time and an estimate for how much time it will take to finish will be very helpful.
NOPE: I'm not sure if I can/should "crash" the process through Task Manager...
I simply exited the program and it stopped :)
