Realsense error please help me

OS	Windows

Intel RealSense Viewer / Depth Quality Tool has crashed with the following error message:

Unhandled exception escaping from a worker thread!
Error type: Access Violation!

Hi @huynv18022004 Please check whether permission to access the camera hardware and permission for applications to access the camera are both set to 'On' in the Windows camera privacy settings. This can be done using the instructions at #3381 (comment)

Hi the camera worked but then I messed with some parameters and now the stereo camera won't work like before even with the old parameters, how can I fix this, thank you

If you are using RealSense Viewer then you can reset the Viewer (not the camera) to its default settings in the Settings interface if you have made a change that is making the Viewer display images incorrectly.

This interface can be accessed by left-clicking on the gear wheel icon in the top corner of the Viewer and selecting Settings from its drop-down menu.

On the Settings window, click on the 'General' tab, then the 'Restore Defaults' button, and finally the 'Apply' button. The Viewer will then be reset to its default configuration.
