Description
Hello,
I recently purchased an Intel RealSense D455 and installed the latest Intel RealSense SDK. Initially, the camera was detected correctly in the RealSense Viewer, which then prompted me to update the firmware. I proceeded with the update, and the program indicated that the firmware update was successful.
However, after the update, my PC no longer recognizes the camera. I was using the original USB 3.0 cable during the update.
After that, I went to device manager to see if it's there
- When checking Device Manager, under the Universal Serial Bus controllers section, I found an unrecognized USB device, which I believe is the camera.
- I then tried using another USB cable, and the camera appeared under Cameras as Intel(R) RealSense(TM) Depth Camera 4n0 Depth, but it still is not recognized in the RealSense Viewer.
Could you advise on the next steps to recover the camera?
Thank you.
