Add adaptors from SMHI parent class to underlying API clients

Description

Add adaptors to underlying SMHI API clients from the SMHI parent client.

• user should interface the smhi class
• user should be able to get point and multipoint data from all APIs through the smhi class

Could be a bit tricky to implement for metobs.
