Add visual feedback for user actions

Success, info, warning and error notifications for various actions and events.

• Successfully creating, editing, deleting a game
• Error if game could not be created, edited or deleted
• Warning if new games could not be fetched

Note: A created game will be saved to the app's state and local storage, so it is saved and instantly playable even if the user cannot connect to the DB. We can have a warning or error show even if the user can play the game but it did not save to the server. Will need the ability to retry creating and saving games if this happens.
