Would you like the normal YouTube app to be added to the Obtainium Marketplace as a configuration? Then I have to answer that this cannot be done via an official distribution channel, because the only official distribution channel is the Google Play Store, which cannot be scraped by Obtainium yet (ImranR98/Obtainium#343 (comment)). I would therefore advise you to use the Aurora Store to download YouTube. Alternatively, you can add YouTube to Obtainium via reupload stores (apkmirror.com, APKPure, uptodown or Aptoide).
I would also like to inform you that these simple configurations are not added to the Marketplace by me. The Marketplace is intended for complicated configurations. These configs are very simple configs.
