Extensions section in yaml file for WSIMOD running on the DAFNI platform

For enabling WSIMOD running on the DAFNI platform with extensions, the extensions section in yaml file should be written like the following:
extensions: [ /dafni/inputs/**.py, /dafni/inputs/**.py ]
Otherwise, the workflow will fail.
