Front page for SupraShare

The whole project needs a cleaner front page. Preferably a simple Dash App, ideally something that allows for navigation back to and between the other apps.

One solution is to embed the apps in the homepage using iframe

There is a simple example at the bottom of this page from the Dash docs. And Dash contains a html.Iframe component, so this can be used in a dash app.

The iframe option resulted in weird behaviour and was difficult to get working properly. I abandoned that In favour of a bit of logic assuming the existence of a a json file mapping app names to urls. That is in #24
