Standing: update IDC OHIF v3 from upstream

Periodically - when new features / bug fixes are implemented we need update this fork.

Once upstream security updates schedule is established, I suggest we track latest release, and once a month or so update after security patches.

Whenever fork is updated, please mention this issue in the PR and add a comment so I can easily check when the last update was made.

@fedorov are we targeting the upstream head or cherry-picking until a major release is out?

If I understood James Hanks correctly, they plan to patch major releases as well. Let's wait until the next week to see.
