Feature request: Toggle slot levels off completely #88
Description
On i25 servers at least, the game lets you allocate your slots freely when doing a respec. If you respec at level 12, you could give your level 12 power 6 slots if you want, even though you just got the power and wouldn't be able to do this without a respec.
Crucially, this also means that you can in fact 6 slot your level 49 power, but the Hero Designer will not allow this.
Could we get a toggle button that just stops the Hero Designer from considering slot levels at all so that you can max out the slots on your level 49 power if you want?
