Wrong setting on "Min" and "Max" reading of interfaces upload bandwidth

I noted that in the upload section of the interfaces, the Min and Max reading need some tune in order to reflect the correct values, for example in the attached picture is possible to see that the min upload speed in fact correspond to the max upload speed and viceversa
