Feature: Reduce memory consumption for PowerShell daemon

We should try an attempt and investigate if there is a reasonable way to reduce the memory consumption of the PowerShell daemon.

Currently on average the memory consumption is around 300-450MiB, depending on how many checks and what kind of checks are being executed.
