Reflectometry: "Move" delay #75
Description
As a reflectometry user, I want the reflectometry server to be fast and responsive. While testing on INTER, one of the scientists commented on there being a short delay between clicking a "move" button, and the axes physically starting to move. We should investigate whether this can be sped up by profiling the move command.
Consider doing this at the same time as ISISComputingGroup/IBEX#5607.
Acceptance criteria:
- Noticeably reduce the elapsed time between instructing the reflectometry server to move, and the individual motors starting to move
OR
- Demonstrate a reasoning why this time cannot easily be reduced
