Minor bkw compatibility issues

• New default behavior of databank.copy when a source field exists in the
  target databank, throwing an error. Can be controled by the WhenTargetExists.

New features and enhancements

• Option Logo in rephrase.Report can be now assigned a struct with .Path and .Position
• Extended Series/retrieveColumns to work with column headings
• New option WhenFailed in Model/quickAssign
• New option WhenSourceMissing in databank.apply
