Add component for comment box to mention users #12
Description
A React component in either omniport-frontend-formula-one or omniport-frontend-comments (this currently does not exist) which will come packaged with support for mentioning. Pressing @ should trigger an API request to yellow pages and return a list of users for selection. Furthermore, notifications can also be integrated. It should also contain a prop which will signify what entity the comment belongs to. For example, ID of the Query instance in case of helpcentre.
