Ensure that all `.rst` files follow a 2 space indentation rule

A number of files in the documentation follow 2 spaces indentation. A number of files do not. There is no consistency. The mission is to ensure that all files are refactored to follow 2 space indentation as a solid rule and to ensure that all future documentation ensures consistency.
